What is a phone consultation?

Phone consultations are just like your regular appointments - conducted over a phone call with your hearing specialist.

We can help you with:

  • Emergency issues
  • Annual hearing aid check ups
  • Discuss upgrade options
  • Renew batteries and maintenance
  • Help with any hearing aid issues and do minor adjustments

What do I need for a phone consultation?

All you need is a phone. A mobile phone or a good old landland would work just fine!

If you have a Concession card or Southern Cross membership number, please have it handy when you have your phone consultation.
