We will organise a initial phone consultation with you to explain what you need to do to prepare for your remote care appointment and organise to send a Remote Link device to you. The Remote Link  is a device you need to connect your hearing aids to the technology used. You simply put it around your neck, just like a necklace.

Step 2: Remote Link device delivered

Your Remote Link device will be delivered to you prior to your remote care appointment. 

Step 3: Have a remote care appointment

With your Remote Link device delivered, you will be able to have your remote care appointment with your hearing specialists from the comfort of your own home.
